How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by entering your tracking ID in the tracking page. Your tracking ID is sent to your email after your parcel is booked.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the service you choose: Standard (3-5 days), Express (24-48 hours), or Same Day (delivery on the same day).
How much does delivery cost?
Our prices start from BDT 80 for inside Dhaka delivery. The cost depends on parcel weight, delivery zone, and service type. Check our pricing page for details.
Can I change my delivery address after booking?
Yes, you can change the delivery address before the parcel is out for delivery. Contact our customer support with your tracking ID to make changes.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
All parcels are insured. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours with your tracking ID and we will help resolve the issue.
How do I become a merchant partner?
You can apply to become a merchant partner through our merchant page. Fill out the application form and our team will contact you within 2 business days.
What are the COD (Cash on Delivery) terms?
COD allows your customers to pay when they receive the parcel. COD funds are settled to your account within 3-5 business days after successful delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver on weekends in most service areas. However, same-day and express deliveries may have limited availability on weekends.
What is the maximum weight for parcels?
We accept parcels up to 20kg. For heavier shipments, please contact our support for special arrangements.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a booking before it is picked up. Contact our customer support with your tracking ID to request cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply.
